What a year 2010 has been! First off, let me say Happy New Year! There is just nothing better than a New Year filled with family, friends and you. Second. Brrrr. It is FA-REEEEZING in these parts! No joke about that. I sure hope you are staying warm. And speaking of warmth, my heart has been very warm from all of your loving well wishes for our loss of Echo. Your kind words really mean so much and has helped heal our hearts and move forward into this New Year. Thank you.

WOW. Can you believe it’s already February? Time sure flies when you’re having zesty fun and 2011 is already zesty busy indeed. Let’s kick it off with a riddle of sorts. Don’t worry you will not be graded. Wink.

It was just as fun making these dishes, as it is my pleasure sharing ‘em in my zesty kitchen. I look forward to many more years making good zesty food and eating it. Thank you all for the many hours I spent in 2010 getting reacquainted with the gym.

We said goodbye to two very special animals, both taking the journey with us from Northern California to the wild west of Texas.
