It was so easy to make. My only issue was I did NOT put the corn meal on the sides of the dish, so my corn meal layer was waaay too thick. Next time, I will spread it on the sides of the dish so I don't get a bite of straight up corn meal! Otherwise, it was so yummy and easy. I will definitely make again. I also put pico and cilantro and sour cream on top....yum yum yum! It fed Josh and I for days :) I love this recipe! It was so easy to make.
